New rap song that samples "Sexual Healing"

I was at a comedy show on campus about two weeks ago....and the DJ kept playin this track that had the exact same beat as Marvin Gaye "Sexual Healing"...but he kept cuttin it off after like three bars of rappin. The ONLY part I can remember is the rapper comin in like "Believe it or not". This girl told me that the song is new and it's called "Rock the party" but she didn't know who did it. I know it's definitely not Benzino's "Rock the party" (even though that song was actually hot)...but I am tryin to find it. Let me know if you know what it is!
