I'm not kidding.
William Wallace IS Scottish. It was the English who killed him. Also if it wasnt for scottish people you wouldnt be on this right now as we invented the telephone, AND the television among other things.

I know the history and watched Bravehearts...Sottish people are still responsible for his death.

That's why Scotland is not a country and not exempt from my list.
