Quite suprised since his music didnt create any buzz, I guess all those beefs and promotion payed off.

By Games standards this is a flop, since he said hes gonna do 1 million

By normal standards its not.

T.I. still remains an artists with the highest 1st week sales this year.

Beilive me, The Game is happy with his first week sales. Even he knew he wasn't going to do a million his first week. He was just talking that normal bs that he has a tendancy of doing.

I would of course agree but since Game was clowning Yayo for saying hes gonna sell 700.000 and then sold 300.000, its hard to ignore that. Karma's a bitch.

He'll def go plat, how did anyone think he wouldn't. But tbh most of the game stans and anyone into hip hop will buy it first week and i cant see many buying it next week. All the songs have leaked all of the internet and its on itunes so people know its out, so i wont be surprised if he does like 100-200k next week.

But it depends on his next single, cause if it blows up then he could do really well.

Interesting. I'll wait till the final sales come out to speak on it though.

U dont sell 400-450,000 first week without any kind of buzz. And add to the fact that he did it without any hit singles. T.I had a top 10 single, and not to mention the South is running shit right now. If Game can get 450,000 first week without any help from Dre and/or 50, no top 10 singles, he should be very happy

They just fallow trends and patterns of album sales from their first day compared to their first week and predict how future albums are going to sell based on such info. It usually is a pretty accurate measurement.

That's great news, a West Coast artist doing great numbers, let's hope it opens doors for more artists

Props to Game. Like people said, it's impressive that he has the #1 album in the country without 50, Dre, or a top 10 single.

While I liked One Blood a lot, I wasn't too fond of Let's Ride. There are a lot more single-worthy tracks on the album, so I expect the sales to hold relatively steady over the next few weeks.

I think it might be worse for a rapper if you have one hot song on the album that's the kick-off single and the rest of the album sucks, since you post big first week sales and then a huge drop off in the subsequent weeks.

Why do you keep overlooking the fact that YOU NEED TO TALK POSITIVE TO GET MORE PPL TO COP THE ALBUM... IT'S GAME TIME, HIP-HOP IS BACK.  FUCK ALL OTHER GENRES, WE ARE TAKING OVER.  (LIKE WE BEEN DOING)
