Full Intrumental Hip Hop Albums. Would you buy one?

hell yeah I would.  It's not that far fetched either.  There's lots of instrumental Jazz albums.  Look at the last Burt Bacharach album, that had some hip-hop ish beats on it.

I would. An instrumental doesn't need rapping if it's done like a Quik's groove.

I agree, if it's a quik's groove type songs it would be tight. If it's your typical 2 bars or 4 bars repeat type thing, it might get old after a while.

i dont think it would be cost worthy to the producer/lable....whos going to buy these albums? lets say they sell 100K (and thats being very generous).

they could probably sell a fraction of the tracks for more money than they would make off of relesing an entire instrumental album....

but at the same time, i could see an up and coming producer doing this, whos just trying to get his name out and isnt really looking for the money, yet.

but still, i wouldnt BUY one.
