Review of $2 bill MTV The Game concert

wow. this was such a great show. even better for the price. $4, DAMN!

Game basically did a very solid mix of his new songs and old songs.

new songs he did:
Compton
Remedy (Juice came out, but didnt really do much, other than hypeman)
Let's Ride
Too Much (Nate Dogg came out)
California Vacation (Xzibit came out)
Bang (Kurupt and Daz came out)
Why you hate the game (Nas and Marsha (floetry) came out)
One Blood (Jr Reid came out)

Very solid performance, although game had to hold back on some of the swear words since it was going to be on MTV broadcast. so he self censored himself when he could. but i mean he still slipped hella times though, its kinda hard to control im sure. but yeah brought out a great assortment of guests, Juice, Nas, Marsha, Daz, Kurupt, Nate Dogg, JR Reid, Xzibit.. pretty cool to see like the dpg guys perform with people outside their click. He must've done One Blood like 3 times. but that prob got the hypest audience response the whole night. Nas even performed one song "Made you Look" in the middle of Game's performance so that was dope. They got the whole stage prop going on with like a backdrop (reminiscent of up in smoke tour, but on a lesser scale) and everything, so it was a lot more visually entertaining than most rap shows as well. All in all, a great show. All the touring in the past few years, really trained him well for a live show. The MTV segment is supposed to air sometime near the end of the month. I heard like the 26th or something, but i'm not positive at all.

iŽll definently check out Game when he comes over here again. his show last year is one of the best shows iŽve attended in a while.

I was there. the show was sick. i had anticipated the Dogg Pound, Nate, & X were going to be there to do the songs since they're all locals. i thought snoop was gonna come out as well but i forgot he turned himself in that day to the popo's.

best part about the show is when nas came out at the very end. everyone went nuts including myself. they did "why u hate the game" and then "made u look" ...crazy ass show thats all i can say. everybody got there moneys worth.

damn they butchered the hell out of this concert. MTV cut it down to only like Westside Story, How We Do, Hate it Or Love It, California Vacation, One Blood, Lets Ride, Why You hate the GAme. and they pretty much muted every other word in the performance.  MTV fucked up.
