How do i create a web page???...Please help me with my computer homework!

if you good with computers, please read this shit and tell me how to do this.  its suppose to be easy, but i dont know what the fuck im supposed to do, or even how to get started...shit would be appreciated.

the best is angelfire.com just don't press html language unless you know something about basic
