Saw it last night...pretty confused about everything...i feel like if i understand it better it would be a great movie...anyone else seen it and can share their explanations of the movie?

nah not everything...

i understand that the beginning (1500 ad) was not actually happening but was infact her story....and i understand what the tree in the year 2500 ad was...it was the tree that grew over her grave...

i guess what i don't understand is why he became part of the earth at the end and how he went from tommy to being the "first father" according to the mayan priest

its the kind of movie you'll end up thinking about for days afterward just to understand it. it was a great movie and i'm glad i saw it...but if you don't like deep...very deep movies its probably not for you

eh, intresting idea, but so slow, the whole movie is you sitting there waiting, but it does make you think...
