Apparently Domino was an original member of Foesum, then known as the DJ collective Perfection.

After many disappointments and some personality conflicts, Domino stepped from the group leaving Perfection to fend for themselves. This sparked a collaboration with fellow eastsider Snoop Doggy Dogg called "'Let Em Understand Perfection" on a compilation album called "Please Pass The Mic" which was a diss track aimed at Domino for leaving. This explains the line by Snoop in Dr. Dre's Nuthin But a G Thang, "Perfection is perfected, so I let em understand."

I just read this on Foesum's MySpace page. I had no idea that Snoop recorded a song with them, other than the bonus track on the re-release of their debut album Perfection. I thought it was cool that Snoop referenced them, and the song, again in Nuthin' But A G Thang.

Damn...when I first read the topic, I vaguely remembered hearing something like that before. I still don't know much of anything about Foesum though. I never really knew why Domino and Snoop had beef....all I know is the L.A. radio played both of them a whole lot in 93.

The collaboration between Foesum and Snoop might have sparked the beef between Snoop and Domino. If you want I can up Foesum's album Perfection. A g-funk classic in my opinion. Check out these videos for the two singles from the album.

foesum - perfection is a top 10 west coast album for me. maybe even top 5.

Wasn't Domino also part of that first Bangin' On Wax album, I think he was known as Genuine Draft or something back then???
