I actually didn't have a problem with when he walked out because, eventhough he was wrong, he was taking a stand and not cooperating with the poor writing.

But then he goes and beats his wife. He is a straight up bitch for that. They took his profile off WWE.com so he ain't coming back anytime soon.

It appears that Steve Austin will not be in any legal trouble for his actions on Saturday morning at 4:00am.

Despite assaulting his wife Debra, who called the police because of it, it looks as though Austin will get away with this one. If Austin had returned to his house when police called him and told him to, he would have likely been arrested on the spot.

However, since he choose not to, and Debra is refusing to press charges, the police will not be taking it any further. Debra has two years to press charges for the incident at which point police would re-open the investigation and use evidence of her injuries gathered that morning.
