i agree that its a good song, but i really don't think its as great as everyone is making it out to be, its great to see snoop and dre together on a track again, but its seems to take some of the lyrics from nuthing but a G thang and switch them around a little.  It also is fairly short, at just over 3 minutes with the last 45 seconds just the instrumental with a guy saying "the wash" a few times.  I do agree lyrically there are some good parts, but to me, it doesn't seem like a song that at a party people would dance to.  The instrumentals are unique, but i'm still not totally feelin them yet.  A lot of people seem to compare this to "Nutting but a G thang", and i personally don't even think it comes close.  It also doesn't really have a refrain to it at all, which i think really hurts the song.  They have a guy saying "the wash" at the end, but thats about it.

THis song is great for hardcore Snoop and Dre fans because they sound so dope on this track going back and forth.  While this tracka evokes memories of Nuthin But A G Thang, it is not even close.  The reason is, it lacks a dope chorus or hook, and the track, while very dope, is not great or nearly as catchy as alot of other Dre tracks.
   Great song, i hope it does well, but it won't be as big as Still DRE or alot of Dre's recent tracks.

yeah i agree with you teeceee you cant compare it to a nuthin but a g thang, give it some time and judge again. and its not a still dre either, still dre was a real club banger that everyone felt, but the wash is more of a dre-snoop reunion song, most ppl that will like this are the real snoop-dre fans, not the average hip hop listeners
