well if you didn´t know, most artists does a shitload of songs in preparation for an album then they pick the songs that´ll fit the album the best. and usually the artist and his A&R will go and back and forth over which songs should make the album and a whole lot of times the artists won´t get all of the songs he wants on the album coz the A&R got the final say so. so it´s very possible that Cool thought that they would end up on the album coz Game wanted the joint on there. or it could´ve been an issue with clearing a sample or whatever. if you wanna know why you prolly have to ask the producers,Game,his A&R,the chairman over at Geffen etc.
