Yeah, it's classic commercialism vs. artistic license. The Dre situation was the clincher. They paid for a Dre beat because they didn't want to take any chances with the sales, which is why they wanted to start the album off with the Dre beat single they paid for. They wanted to kill two birds with one stone and just pay for one song as opposed to paying for dre, paying  dre again for the video and paying other people for other videos. they just weren't willing to spend the money on ras kass. he should be allowed to do other work though, that shit is messed up.

CAPITOL is, that is the whole lawsuit.  If he wants out, he has to pay for the time CAPTIOL payed for him, when he made his first two albums.  (buy himself off).  Or make a new album that they can release for a profit (fulfill his contract).

Yes, if you know anything.  They would not profit at all from releasing old and outdated music.  He has to record a NEW album for them to release, to fulfill his contract.  The time for those "lost albums" is LONG PAST.  They were shelved for legitimate reasons.  This is why he lost the court battles and is bitching in this letter.
