Both of them couldn't hold their own on their solo albums, but Jadakiss is a lot better than Beanie.  Beanie is highly regarded only because he's down with Jay-Z.

Jada can spit; he has dope lines sometimes but his album is a piece of shit!! Yo, I bought the CD and I wish I had downloaded the 6/7 tracks I like on it (out of 21!!!). BEANIE SIGEL IS A MUCH BETTER MC THAN KISS. Both his albums seriously BANG. Plus, Beanie can spit the thug shit then flip the script and drop the deep, emotional shit (just like Pac), whereas Kiss talks about guns and girls aaaaaaall muthafuckin' day. He brings no substance whatsoever to his rhymes and even though I feel some of his shit ("Blood Pressure" for example, off The Lox 2nd LP), BEANS is waaaay sicker...
PS: And please don't tell me about sales coz it has NOTHING to do with straight rhyming abilities and talent. Mad dope spitters don't sell millions (Talib Kweli, Pharoahe Monch, Common, Kurupt, Ras Kass, KRS One, MC Eiht, RBX, Sticky Fingaz etc...) whereas Nelly is 7 times Platinum and counting...
