That would be a great solution.  If Iran and the majority of Iraqi's are pleased with it, then why shouldn't they do it?

He's diggin it up because he doesn't want to accept that he's dead and wants things to be back the way they were.  He's "Ruthless For Life".

(I meant that as a joke, but it kinda makes sense)
