Iran imposed the fingerprint requirement on Americans after the U.S. imposed a similar rule on visiting Iranians. In 2003, Iran boycotted the world freestyle wrestling championships in New York because of the U.S. policy, seen as humiliating. The U.S. freestyle wrestling team due to participate in this week's matches includes 2006 world silver medalist Mike Zadick, who wrestled for the University of Iowa, and 2005 U.S. world team member Andy Hrovat, who competed for the University of Michigan. The U.S. team is made up of some members of the U.S. world team and the U.S. nationals champions. It is coached by Terry Brands, a two-time world champion and 2000 Olympic bronze medalist. The U.S. delegation is made up of 14 athletes and seven officials. This will be the sixth time a U.S. team has competed in the Takhti Cup (1998, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2007). The U.S. also competed at the 1998 World Championships held in Tehran, Iran.
Oh and Gizzle,Obviously you know nothing about soccer if you think they dont risk injury....dont even begin to compare football and futbol90 min. NON-STOP vs. 60 min. FULL of stops ^^^ That in itself prevents me from going into further details.

Them Taliban gotta stop bombing those schools cuz you obviously don't sound to smart. There's a lot more injuries in football than soccer. Even European Soccer fans know that shit. Football players get hit in every play, soccer players don't. I played both sports so don't tell me I don't know wasup.

I played both sports so don't tell me I don't know wasup.Like i said, rugby is more dangerous than football, they dont even use protective gear.1. The same tactics you talk about in football is way more complicated in soccer and they dont need to stop the game and take time outs every 30 seconds to talk about it. Thats why YOU'RE the moron for not understanding that.2. The same 50 yard pass that gets oohs and aaahs happen every second in soccer and its way harder cuz you control it with your foot and not hugging in your arms. NOt to forget how much easier the football ball glides through the air, rather than a soccer ball that is round.3. You wanna talk about injuries, how bout clashing head to head in the air? with no helmets! How bout someone running into your knee or foot instead of the ball?? 4. You think its tough knocking someone down while their running?? Is that supposed to show strength?? LOOOL5. So you think football players are faster than soccer players?? Even funnier....6. ANOTHER FACT TO SHUT YOU THE FUCK UP....Football players play a maximum of 17 GAMES/ YEAR while professional soccer players play up to 120 GAMES/YEAR.Man there is soooo much, i dont even know where to begin. loooooooooolNOT COMPARABLE HOMIE, GIVE IT UP!
Fotball (I refuse to use the s word) > American Football..but hey, I'm European
Quote from: K.Dub on January 27, 2007, 03:41:13 PMFotball (I refuse to use the s word) > American Football..but hey, I'm European Yeah that's your opinion and I'm not arguing that. I'm just saying Football is a more physical sport than soccer and there is no way in hell you can deny that unless you're ignorant, like Mr. Osama aka Iran is gangsta.
