Here a recommendation if u are serious about losing weight. Fitday.com has a good calorie counter and has most foods stored in the database. It even breaks down macronutrients into percentages and does the dirty work

yo if you serious i lost 2 stone over the course of 8 months ive started this diet again t0 get my self cut up for the summer im a big fella at my heaviest i weighed 17 stone im currently at 15 .5 gonna get to 14.5 before maythis is my technique breakfast 350 calorieslunch 150 including drinks 15 calorie bottles of ribena bluberry dinner 800 calories total try to keep under 10 thousand cal a weekcereal for breakfast at 9 weetabix crunchy minislunch /snack i lunch at 12/1 and snack at 3 mixed veg with steam chicken potatoes leek spring onion etc you can buy frozen veg which i use wen i cant be asked to cook fresh the meat is essential to this cos it doesnt taste nice on its own add black pepper at the end gym half past 4 gym 2 hours 30 min treadmill the rest im on the weightsdinner watever made at home which is guaranteed to be meat lol i take out and put in the steamer a few tips make the steamer your best friend it the best way to eatmon to fri ^^^sat eat strict no exercisesunday 1 hour cardio work at home ive got a treadmill which helps and im allowed 1 sweet thing normally a aerohope it helps you out you gotta have strong will power like not to miss a day at the gym
