Anyone know this guy? He's Dre and Snoop on his album.

he use to be the leader of of this one group called Brand Nubian,he's also a hardcore Nation of Islam member

I cant say he was a leader of Brand Nubian. Their leader and main producer is Lord Jamar, they also contain Sadat X (Xzibit's labelmate), DJ Alamo & DJ Sincere.

Grand Puba is a laid back motherfucker, so Snoop Dogg will be sounding good with him.
