It's a smooth beat.  Murder Inc has never had a problem laying smooth R&B shit.  And Irv has always had a knack for knowing which samples to re-flip to capitalize on the next generation of fans that haven't heard those samples before.   Here's just a few of the samples that they used that were already sampled in Hip Hop that were very popular songs:

Murder Inc joint                                Original Flip by

"Baby" by Ashanti                 aka           "MaryJane" by Scarface,
"Hey Young Girl" by Lloyd      aka           "Hey Young World" by Slick Rick,
"Foolish" by Ashanti              aka           "One More Chance" by Biggie,
"Ain't It Funny" by Ja & JLo   aka           "Flava In Ya Ear" by Craig Mack"
"You" Lloyd & Lil Wayne        aka           "Set Adrift on Memory Bliss" by PM Dawn

And how can anyone like Wayne's voice?  He sounds like a fag.  Seriously, what is it about the guy that gives yall a hard on?
