LOL, I always thought "and ya don't stop" was the worst song on Regulate.  Prolly the closest thing to filler on the album.

Lyrically/rapping wise yeah, but that's not the point. It's the most uniquely produced track on the album in my opinion, the sample breaks are gorgeous.
