Yeah they are, I'm pretty sure I picked at least 1 team from each division. Just seed them yourself. My rankings were point based.

Jeff Schultz, Mike Green, Christian Erhoff, and Tom Poti, all had higher +/- than Nick Lidstrom, Chris Pronger, and Zdeno Chara last year.
Defensemen with a higher +/- last year than Dan Boyle: Mike Weaver, Sheldon Brookbank, Shaone Morrisonn, Carl Gunnarsson, Wade Redden, Kent Huskins.
