I Listened To Fat Boys, Beastie Boys And them In 85, But Yall Know What My FIRST ACTUAL Tape Was, That I Owned?  The Only Rap Tape My Parents Would Ever Buy Me (I Didn't Even Have A Tape Player, LOL).... For Christmas One Year, They Finally Broke Down, Bought Me A Walkman, And Vanilla Ice's "To The Extreme", And FUCK ALL YALL, That Album had Some Good Cuts On It, LOL.  I Was About 13 By Then.

Probably Kurtis Blow was the first, back in 85/86, then there was Schooly D and The Fat Boys.

Rap's always been around us, but the first people I can distinctly remember listening to within the rap community was Wu Tang-36 Chambers...
