Carlos Mencia is a fucking retard. His fucking jokes are formulaic as hell, as well as the fucking way he tells them - always the same. The only thing that saves his ass is the derogatory terms he uses for different races. Has he ever said a single joke that wasn't racial? The guy has no versatility.
