Whats wrong with wanting to turn a losing team around? He's done a great job so far, Phoenix's offense obviously wasn't for him...And Rik, I wouldn't even call them a championship caliber team. Joe Johnson was a good pick to replace Kidd. Ray Allen should also replace Nash in the West...PeACe

nothing is wrong with that. But im sure that was his first thought, "I can turn the Hawks around, even tho they have no OTHER talent."  ::)

The Hawks have BEEN on an uprise with young talent and dope picks every draft. Joe Johnson wanted to help the Hakws break out while getting paid what he's worth. Can't blame the dude...PeACe

and IMO Joe Smith is just another Athlete in the NBA, he can Fly and get in the lane no problem but he isnt a great shooter and his 3 point shooting is AWFUL 23 percent  :-X..
But all in all hes a good NBA player

Lol I know I know. But Josh Smith has All-Star potential (especially in the East).

14 ppg, 8 rbg, 3 apg, 1 spg, 2 bpg

You're right about his shooting. He's Wade Jr. from the 3 point line, but thats not his game. 44% isn't a bad fg percentage tho.

LOL. MoSav, do you have any clue what you're talking about? Joe Smith? JOSH Smith is a BEAST, 3 blocks per game, 1.5 steals per game, 8.1 rebounds and 15 points...Can do it on both ends of the floor, DEFINITELY a future all-star...PeACe

you know who i meant.. only time will tell. I love his defense for sure, but he cant shoot. Hes a slasher that plays great defense. MAYBE a future all star. But theres alot of great athletes in the NBA

He's very explosive, man...Even if he had 0 offense with the defense he plays, he'd still be considered a good player. The fact that he can rebound and score like he's shown ALREADY makes him an all-star caliber player...There's no doubt in my mind that Josh Smith is soon to be an all-star...PeACe
