"The Wash" soundtrack was originally supposed to be an entire Snoop and Dre collabo album. But due to busy schedules they could only cut two songs together. Only TWO songs and they wanted it to be a whole album!? While that move is a tad suspect in itself, "The Wash" doesn't look to be all that hot of a soundtrack. New R&B and rap artists always get songs on soundtrack and often times are hits or misses. The soundtrack should be carried by solid efforts from tight, established artists like Dre and Snoop of course, as well as Xzibit and Busta Rhymes.

Very "bad" news indeed; not that bad coz I'm gettin the joint fo' sure but I mean, why would that D12 joint we all know be on the soundtrack? Plus that Bubba Sparxxx joint will be on Bubba's album, anyway so what the fuck? And where the hell is Hittman??? How about Rakim???? And ONE LITTLE SLIM SHADY SOLO joint for a change (I miss Em SOLOOOOOO!!!!). Busta has no point being on that shit either (but he said he did half a dozen songs with Dre so 5 will be on Genesis plus that one... that's cool if it's Dre produced). PRODUCTION should definitely be tight but I had the feeling we had heard all the "solo" Dre joints in the last few weeks and I was right. Oh well, we'll see... but I really wonder what's going on with Dre and Hittman. Hope there's no pb there and no forthcoming beef... That Hittman record never dropped even though his solo joint at the end of the "Forgot about Dre" was BLAZIN' (The beat is classic, fo real). And one last wonder, what's gonna happen of the "COPS" joint, Dre ft Truth Hurts?????? That shit is hot as fuck! Damn, I'm gettin mad... I gotta calm myself down... Shaunta, Truth Hurts and those newcomers BETTER BE TIGHT as a virgin...

I think it's still lookin tight, not as tight as  pictured it though.  "Bubba Talk" is gonna be the next single for "Dark Days, Bright Nights."

The next single off the soundtrack will NOT be "Bubba Talk" and by the way Bubba Sparxxx next single will be "Lovely". Both Timbaland AND Bubba said so on MTV2. And I read it TODAY on www.360hiphop.com

NO SHIT.  Take your time and read.  I never said anything about the next single for "The Wash."  I just thought "Bubba Talk" was gonna be the next single for Bubba's album cause it says that on the CD sticker.

I am vacationing in Chicago right now, and I heard "The Wash" on the radio last night as well.  It looks like this joint will take off.
