JEFF GARCIA
« on: February 26, 2007, 07:33:44 PM »
The Eagles announced that Garcia will not return in 2007. So McNabb will be the starter with AJ FEELEY who just got a nice 3 yr deal yesterday as the backup.

11 td 2 int's in 8 starts icluding playoffs..where does he end up?
Broncos, Bears and Bucs seem to be the real candidates..

IM gonna say Denver, hell fit right into that west coast offense and you know Shanahan will love him. This makes the Broncos that much better next year if so...But what does that mean for Cutler?

Cutler will be the starter but if he struggles garcia will get the nod.

I just found out Jeff wouldnt even have the chance to compete for the starting job in Denver. So thats a no go.

yeah i forgot to put them. I was sitting there knowing that i missed someone, damnit thanks for helping me out.
Tavarius Jackson is young and they arent sold on him. Brad Johnson is about to be released. IMO the Vikes should take Quinn. But if they dont they need to get a QB in FA and what a better fit then Jeff Garcia. And about the Vikes WTF is the #30 pass defense doing releasing Fred Smoot. I know he didnt live up to the huge contract he got, but he is still solid and you need all the help you can get with that secondary

I already said that^^ so there not youre words  ;)
And Denver would take him. Are you serious? Shanahan loves him and will kill to have Garcia as a backup. But he did say Cutler was the starter, so Garcia couldnt compete for the starting job. So i dont think Jeff is gonna go anywhere if he cant AT LEAST compete for the starting job...
