How you improve memory loss?
QuietTruth:
Or maybe more forgetfulness :-\
What the fuck even causes it?
Any ya'll know?
Propz! ;D
Elevz:
To improve memory loss? I'm assuming you mean improve your brain to avoid memory loss or regain your memory ;)
I wouldn't know exactly how to improve your memory, but it's a known fact practice goes a long way. Puzzles in the newspaper (math games, insight and such), reading, social interaction, getting enough sleep: stuff like that is really good for your brain. And try to avoid watching tv too much, or smoking weed / drinking alcohol.
Basically, it's a serious ethical question. Is memory loss something you should want to prevent? Is it worth the sacrifices? Do you want to be healthy, or do you just want to enjoy life? I know life can be good when you're taking care of yourself, but think of all the sacrifices and the possible side effects...
Smoke Break:
Weed has honestly killed my short term memory, I used to be like a damn sponge when I read or was explained something, and now more and more I find myself having to re-read paragraphs because I forgot what I just read, or i'm constantly looking back at what questions I had to answer for class assignments. Just irritating shit, but i'm finally slowly cutting back on the bud hoping that shit isn't permanent.
Elevz:
^^ Doesn't that mean weed basically kills your attention span?
Children, don't do drugs! :D
QuietTruth:
