You can't simplify everything down to 1 video on the internet. I said I don't know if it's justified because I'm not in their shoes... who am I to say what's right or not... I made it clear that I obviously don't agree with it, and that I think it's wrong/sad in the first line of my post... and then I made the point that I do however understand WHY they feel the way they do. I tried to make my post as simple as possible, and not get too into things.

Let's ignore the creation of Israel to begin with, and its displacing of hundreds of thousands of people, without allowing those people to return to their homes when they still hold the keys to their houses. Let's ignore that for the sake of this argument. Let's just say that Israel taking the land and the Palestinian people being now confined to the West Bank and the Gaza Strip is justified. (However, logical thinking will lead you to reach the conclusion that it's unjustifiable for a group of people to settle a land, push the native population off, create a state, and not allow those natives to return to their homes.) Now... my question is.... why aren't those Palestinians allowed to return to their homes in what is now Israel... yet Israelis are building ILLEGAL settlements in the Palestinian territories? And that's not even the tip of the iceberg. Israel decides to build a barrier, which it has the right to do on the fucking border... not cutting miles and miles into Palestinian territory, stealing more land, stealing more water sources (and if you check a map showing displaying the water aquifers in the West Bank, you'll see that the wall is "coincidentally" built just to wrap around those aquifers)... on top of that, there are a buncha checkpoints making it difficult for Palestinians to live their daily lives within their own land... you got the Israelis bulldozing people's homes, destroying resources like olive trees and other vegetation that most of these people depend on to survive and make a living... I haven't even gotten into the people being directly killed off by the Israeli government... but the statistics speak for themselves. For someone who can't make sense of all this, or who doesn't want to accept these harsh realities because of their own ideologies... maybe this will help:

Why do settlers feel the need to harass Palestinian people and International PEACE activists (let's not forget, this is not even in Israel.. this is in the Palestinian territories in which these Israelis have established illegal settlements and are trying to drive out the Palestinian people, so they can steal the rest of the land.... well at least this answers the question I earlier posed). They don't want people taking pictures or recording their atrocities because they don't want the rest of the world to see the fucked up shit they're doing. Which is also why they decided to BULLDOZE A PEACE ACTIVIST lol... justify that.

Here's some Israeli children waiting for Palestinian kids on their route to school... they're waiting to harass them... the IDF soldiers just stand a buncha Nazis and watch on... Western peace actvists have to go to Palestine so they can escort children to school... because the Israelis are a little less hesitant to kill random Americans than they're about killing innocent Palestinians... however even that won't stop them at times as the bulldozing of European/American women has shown.

There's plenty of more... but you get the point... this is why I said I understand how those Palestinian kids feel... you'd feel the same way if you were stoned everyday when going to school... or if you see bombs dropping all over your neighborhood killing your family members... all because some people decided to settle here and drive you off the land..
