ive made an observation about Battlecat recently:

does anyone else think this Lost Angels album he's producing entirely will be super-heated? i sure do. every track ive heard of theirs so far has been awesome. Its like he puts that extra effort into their shit because its his own project.

i thought his beats on the last eastsidaz were kinda dated, still good but i got the impression he just used some of his old unused beats for it. his new-style shit (eg Loud & Clear, Bounce Rock Golden State) sounds much fresher.

i also think BC's work on Bones was the best from all the producers used on there. Fred had some cool tracks, but I felt he was over-used.

If the Lost Angels album is all B.C. production, then that will be heat.  The chances of that are close to 100%, all Lost Angel song so far have been ill, "We Keep it G" & "Lost Angels In The Sky."  Both Ruffiano & King Lou are sick.
