As a former Target employee who worked with Muslims, the answer is simple, just move them to the floor. Though our Muslim girls never refused to sell pork, same Somali women, but we never had a problem. This must be just a group trying to make a point. I'd move them to the floor, electronic or cloths. If they are worried about pork there, then that's an issue.
