It took me a while to figure out that MC Ren had vocals on 2001's "Bang Bang"

Crazy, no?yeh i know..i think timbo just re-produced or mixed it, whatever."I lay, and say what I sayAll due respects to Tim and DeVante'For makin' a track that's fat, now it's time to get paidSo pass the J, and let's get blowed away"datz hurt-em-badd rappin
Ren's vocals on "Bang Bang" are part of the chorus. He's the one saying "Bang, bang...bang bang!"I forgot where I read that, but if you listen real close it sounds alot like him. Could be wrong though.

But I can't front, it took me a while back in 93-94 to realize that Biggie Smalls was Notorious B.I.G...because the first songs I heard from him were with Heavy D, and it said "Feat. Biggie Smalls" and that's when he had that high rappin style...and the next songs I heard were under "Notorious B.I.G." and he sounded more laid back...so I figured he was his brother or somethin.

It's some remix he was on with Diddy back in 93, and they still show the video for it sometimes on BET...him, Diddy, and somebody else were at a cafe table rappin n shit, and I thiink he started off like "I love it when they call me big poppa" which is where he originally used what is now the hook for "Big Poppa".
