There's some convertor you have to download, I don't have it, i'm sure someone here does though..

you can also use quicktime. the quality is a bit better, but it takes a bit longer

i decoded a video, its in my movies library , i try n drag it onto my ipod and it says my ipod cant take it, can i only put on certain types(mpeg etc)
