Sure it is. A shallow mind believes that it's black and white, democrat vs. republican, and that if the evil republicans would get voted out of the white house, the entire world would change, war would end, and grass would grow greener outside my window. We're talking in shades of evil here, and when it comes to politicians you need to look for whatever bit of decency and fairness one politician may have and hold that above others who don't share it. In general, the vast majority of democratic senators and democratic candidates for presidency are trying to turn the country into a social state which I am completely 100% against, throwing my support over to the other side of the aisle out of necessity and self-preservation.
