Taboo, of the Black Eyed Peas, was arrested on Tuesday morning near L.A. on suspicion of driving under the influence.

According to the Associated Press, officers took the Peas member into custody following a collision in the city of Industry, which is located 20 miles east of L.A.

Lt. Mark Relyea, of the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department, says that Taboo was cited for possession of marijuana and medication without a prescription, as well as DUI.

He was released Tuesday evening, and is due back in court, although no date was disclosed.
