Nach dem die Strong Arm Steady um Mitchy Slick, Phil the Agony und Krondon bereits auf ihren bisherigen Alben und Mixtapes mit Madlib zusammengearbeitet haben, wurde nun ein komplettes Kollaboalbum mit dem Produzenten aufgenommen.

Der "Stoney Jackson" betitelte Longplayer wird im Herbst über Stones Throw Records erscheinen, ein genaues Vö-Datum gibt es allerdings noch nicht. Als Gäste-Features sind auf den 16 Tracks unter anderem Talib Kweli, Guilty Simpson, Little Brothers Phonte, Planet Asia und einige Underground-Acts und Newcomer aus Los Angeles vertreten. Erste Single ist der Track "Get Ya Money Right" mit Defari.

SAS & Madlib will release "Stoney Jackson" in fall through Stones Throw Records. no official date has been posted yet. the LP will feature 16 tracks, guests including Talib Kweli, Guilty Simpson, Phonte of Little Brother, Planet Asia as well as other underground acts and newcomers from Los Angeles. First single is "get ya money right" with Defari.
