It's defininitly debatable,  tha only thing that could hurt it from being in tha top 5 is it'length,  it's only like 35 minutes long,  my top 5 r
1.  tha Chronic
2.  Doggystyle
3.  Me against the World ( this could be debated though,  that it is not a westcoast album)
4.  All eyez on me
5.  Dogg Food

but there are other albums that could be debated are Straight outta Compton,  Makaveli,  2001,  Niggaz4Life,  an some more im to lazy to post them but  in my opinion Regulators..... G- Funk Era is definnitly in my westcoast top 10

i ain't going to hate you for that you just need to listen to it more, i didn't like any of my albums the first 2 spins...and if i have liked them within those 2 times they usually fade fast. most great albums only get better with age

I think that if you take one of the 'O's' out of 'Good' it's 'God', if you add a 'D' to 'Evil' it's the 'Devil'. I think some cool motherfucker sat down a long time ago and said 'let's figure out a way to control motherfuckers'.
