Player Haterz.  How can anyone not mention Roscoe?  He is the smoothest out west.

I liked his flow on his first album, when he was not using curse words. It's like his verses dumbed down his lyrics a little bit when he started cursing, almost depended on them too much to rhyme, but lately he has been back to spitting nothing but heat
