"Joints & Jams" one of my favorite videos ever.

I find it sad they had to almost "dumb down" they lyrics and sound to gain a wider audience and fanbase. I take nothing away from their success, but wow. I had my homeboy listen to their earlier work and he thought it was a completely different group. He was like there is no way that is the same group. LOL! Unfortunately with this market, creativity is thrown out the window for sure fire pop hits. BEP figured it out and capitalized on it.

That's completley true, you can't hate on them for the succes, and WillI Am still keeps his ear to the street as far as the rappers he's worked with. But that's the way the industry is, and it's most likley going to keep going in the same direction.

I'm not even upset at that by todays standards. 150K isn't that bad, they even have a chance at going gold by the end of the summer. It's crazy to say that knowing these guys were selling 4-5 million back in the days, but regardless, nobody in rap is selling better than that these days.
