I take nothing away from their success, but wow. I had my homeboy listen to their earlier work and he thought it was a completely different group. He was like there is no way that is the same group. LOL! Unfortunately with this market, creativity is thrown out the window for sure fire pop hits. BEP figured it out and capitalized on it.

But that's the way the industry is, and it's most likley going to keep going in the same direction.Quote from: J$crILLa on May 18, 2007, 11:38:56 AMbone did over 100k- i guess thats dope now daysI'm not even upset at that by todays standards. 150K isn't that bad, they even have a chance at going gold by the end of the summer. It's crazy to say that knowing these guys were selling 4-5 million back in the days, but regardless, nobody in rap is selling better than that these days.

He is quickly becoming a A list producer. Yeah and if Bone can go gold, they should take it and run with it.
Lmao Mims aint even 200,000 and he saying 50's jealous of him. On another note, RnB killing it. Dam Look at Timbos sales, even though the album wasnt that good imo

you know sales are down when Bone Thugs have a big hit single with Akon and sell only 120k out of the box, good numbers in this era but still they will struggle to go gold, dope album tho
LMAO at anyone talking good about Timbo's #s. He delivered big singles to Timberlake (whos at 3.2 mill) and Nelly Furtado (whos at plat. plus) and he got BOTH of them on his lead single, and he's at 300,000 and won't hit 700,000
