I would have to say CPO. I bet some people would disagree with me here but to me, I didn't feel To Hell And Black all that much. I mean yeah it's a solid album, but just nothin too special and nothin about it sticks out to me. And when I hear CPO's verse on Picture Me Rollin' and his songs on the MWTC and Above The Rim soundtracks I realize how good he can be as a rapper. Wish he would've released something in the mid 90s, would've been tight.

Nate Dogg's G Funk Classics Vol 1 & 2 is exactly that, g funk classic, especially Vol 1... smooth as fuck.

I totally agree with you... that album is like between to sounds, it doesn't have that classic old school sound, but it sure as hell doesn't have that funky shit that came a lil' late either. Plus, he sounds nothing like the CPO we all learned to love in the Death Row days.

Oh, and CPO's verse on Gangstanostra = one of the dopest verses ever!

The most of the beats were quite boring.

Hmm i loved the bass in the Droop-E beats, and the second part of the cd is bangin'  8)

To me it's definately a 3,5/5
