Anyone know much about Cadillacs?

I got a coupe deville 1978... everytime i start it... it makes a buzzing noise... i dont know what this buzzin noise is meant to be about. But my highbeam wont work anymore and I think this all has somethnig to do with the Generator? Any help would be cool...

Nearest mechanic shop?! A public forum is the last place you want to come to fix your car up
