Correct. After a night of heavy partying, or whatever would personally make u sluggish and tired in the morning, running and lifting are the best feelings in the world. Make sure you keep yourself fully hydrated ( no soda ), and don't run outside unless you are actually running towards a pool lol. I prefer to stay on the treadmill when it's really hot outside. Then again, I dont think NJ gets as hot as LA does.
