That looks like a typical night on Granville street in Vancouver lol. 

I can see cops actin like that if they're trying to break up a crowd.  They don't have time to talk to everyone so they just get em out of the area.

On the flipside, if they're patrolling at night they are usually pissed off that they have to work late, and they just wanna crack some skulls.

Yea, come to NYC and when you see cops dont care if you are white, black, hispanic, asian, what have you, your tune will change really fast when they still view everyone as a piece of shit.
