Ras Kass is a great rapper. From what I heard, when Soul On Ice came out, he dwelled deep into the rap game and delivered a crazy set of punchlines, smarts and literary techniques that would wound up as inspiration to the new breed of rappers we see today in the underground and battle circuits. "Verbal Murder" and "Come Widdit" (a posse cut with Ahmad and Saafir off the Street Fighter soundtrack) are some just two tracks that show off his mic skills at large.

Why would Kassy go back to Capitol? Didn't he have a scuffle with them the first time around?

so hes still around wit the whole strong arm steady.
Man im starting to not even anticipate anything from him.
his last mixtape was alright at best and he hasnt dropped anything since then.

man im looking back at his older albums and i dont even know how a new ras kass album would sound.
Thats how long its been since his last real album.

Im wondering if ras kass can even still make good music since times have changed.
