Nobody, but Butch Cassidy, Bo-Rocc, Lil 1/2 Dead, & Soopafly are close. Soopafly is underrated especially from doing that hook for Snoop's "Loosen Control".

You don't have to be a singer to do dope hooks, just be good creatively and have the talent to pull it off....
