I'll keep this post spoiler-free. Overall, as a huge Simpsons fan (back-in-the-day, at least) I left the cinema satisfied. While it doesn't recapture the magic of Seasons One through Eight, there are plenty of chuckles and the whole thing is easily better than any new Simpsons episode from recent memory. One thing I enjoyed was just spotting the many characters that pop up: just about every Springfield citizen is in there somewhere! As is the case with The Simpsons, there are plenty of blink-and-you'll-miss-'em sight gags too.A few pacing issues and select duff (no pun intended) gags make it a 7/10 to me. Fans of the "new-school" (Season Nine onwards) Simpsons will probably rate it a 9/10 - expect plenty of extreme, Homer-related idiocy.Your thoughts?
was dedrick tatum in it?
