1) Conspiracy theory(ridiculous, but interesting to make up):

Dre had Pac killed. Toss It Up may well have struck home a bit too deep...Dre would see it would destroy Suge's reputation, and also, he would know he wouldn't be suspected.

2) Welcome back Suge! We waitin to see Tha Row rise again...

ahhhhhhhhhh no, but seriously if suge does the right thing and begin releasing shit from the new talent that he has on death row than they could be a force once again in the rap game, i hope he's done with all this bullshit with snoop, dre, em, and all the rest, peace.

To blow up with their new talent, the first thing they need to do is get rid of D3 Ent as their distributers...That's almost as bad as being independant...
