What does Micheal Vick have in common with Guliani?  Well, nothing really.

Except that Micheal Vick is a celebrity being prosecuted and Guliani made a big name for himself prosecuting celebrities.

What we have to be careful of is assuming these celebrities to be giulty.  I'll give you one example of the Martha Stewart case.  The guy who prosecuted her, after his success, was able to bolster his record with a high celebrity case, and he then became second in line to secretary general John Ashcroft.

So there is a big political power game going on with any of these high celebrity cases.  Martha Stewart in fact did nothing wrong.  So what if she recieved an inside tip.  Isn't that what the stock market is all about.  Using your resources, contacts, and knowledge, to try to get the most from your investment?  And even more so, THERE WAS NO PROOF.  The whole case was riding on one witness, and that witness orgionally said that Martha Stewart was innocent, but the FBI pressured him and threatened him and pressured him with prison time, and suprise suprise... he changed his testimony, and put the whole thing on Martha Stewart, the jury, because of jealousy loves to see a celebrity go down; and they were eager to convict her along with the rest of America.
