Actually Bi-polar means when a persons mood changes quickly.
Like one minute he's happy then the other minute he's angry.

But since everybody else calls Game bi-polar, even though they really don't know what it means, they
think by him changing his mind about stuff like beefing and whatnot, he's bi-polar.
