I need help.

Im trying to change my avatar ad use a picture from my documents, but that shit wont let me put it in cuz its not from a website or something. Can anybody help me out so i can put this damn picture up as my avatar?

You gotta up your pic to something like tinypic.com or imageshack.

Take that tinypic link and resize it at imageshack.us. That's how I always do it. ;D
