1 - No never.. he guested on a lot though
2 - he means when did he crash his car and lose his voice... about 89/90 i think... definitely before the chronic coz his voice is fucked on $20 sack skit

About the DOC being a member of NWA, I'm pretty sure he was never an official member, but on the very first NWA album there was a group of people on the cover and the DOC was one of them, so he was always tight with them.
