Soulja Boy Remains No. 1 Amid Static Top Four
« on: September 15, 2007, 09:34:23 AM »
Soulja Boy's breakout single "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" begins a second week atop the Billboard Hot 100, and the three subsequent tracks hold their same positions from last week. Kanye West's "Stronger" holds at No. 2, Fergie's "Big Girls Don't Cry" remains at No. 3 (both for a second week) and Timbaland's "The Way I Are" featuring Keri Hilson stays at No. 4 for a third.

T-Pain's "Bartender" featuring Akon ascends 6-5, while Nickelback's "Rockstar" climbs to a new peak with 8-6 uptick. The former chart-topping hit "Hey There Delilah" from Plain White T's sits tight at No. 7 for a second week, while another former No. 1 single, Sean Kingston's "Beautiful Girls," descends 5-8.

Plies' "Shawty" featuring T-Pain rebounds 10-9 and Keyshia Cole scores her first top 10 single as a leading artist with "Let It Go," featuring Missy Elliott & Lil Kim, as the track moves up 11-10.

J. Holiday's "Bed" is the fastest growing track at radio and inches up 15-11. It also ascends 3-1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs tally, marking his first Billboard chart-topper.

Back on the big chart, the appropriately titled "How Far We've Come" from matchbox twenty flies up 81 spots, 93-12, after its digital release, becoming the second-biggest jump of 2007 behind the 91-spot leap of Beyonce & Shakira's "Beautiful Liar."

Alicia Keys' "No One" is this week's Hot Shot Debut at No. 71 but will likely jump significantly next week after its digital release. Kenny Chesney's "Don't Blink" bows at No. 79, followed by Britney Spears' "Gimme More," which she performed at the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, at No. 85.

After its dethroning last week by Enrique Iglesias' "Dimelo," Gloria Estefan's "No Llores" re-enters the summit on Hot Latin Songs, rising 2-1. Rascal Flatts' "Take Me There" ascends 3-1 on the Hot Country Songs chart after 10 weeks, as Garth Brooks' "More Than a Memory" plunges 1-8.

There's no change on Billboard's rock charts, with Foo Fighters' "The Pretender" leading Modern Rock for a fourth week and Three Days Grace's "Never Too Late" No. 1 on Mainstream Rock for a sixth.

I caught my brother dancing to this shit a lil while ago.

He goes 'Oh my God, you sacred me, you sacred me'

I said 'Nah, you're just embarrassed I caught you cranking and leanin' and rockin' wit it.'
